Sendola 2024 Mother’s Day Limited-Entry Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Participation is open only to Sendola Users located within Arizona and Florida who are employed by either Martori Farms or Costa Farms. Participants in the Sweepstakes agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them, including all eligibility requirements and decisions of the Sponsor.
1. DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) on May 10, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on May 12, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Arizona and Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and are employed by either Martori Farms or Costa Farms. Void outside of Arizona and Florida, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. There is a limit of one thousand (1000) entries, only the first one thousand valid entries will be considered eligible. Employees of Sendola (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:
- Global Payments Transfer: Entrants who make a verified global payments transfer of at least $300 USD through Sendola during the Sweepstakes Period and send a confirmation message via WhatsApp are automatically entered granted one (1) entry. If an Entrant transfers at least $750 USD during the Sweepstakes Period, they are granted two (2) entries.
- Email: To enter without making a transfer, send an email with your complete name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth to the designated Sweepstakes email address: sweepstakes@sendola.io. There is a limit of one (1) email entry per person.
Regardless of the method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of two (2) entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Each entry will be assigned a number starting from 000 through 999.
4. DRAWING/ODDS: On May 14, 2024, the potential prize winner from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor will be selected upon the drawing of the Texas Mega Millions Lottery on that same day. The last three digits of the winning number of the Texas Mega Millions Lottery from May 14, 2024 will determine the winner of the Sweepstakes. If the number drawn from the Texas Mega Millions Lottery does not match with any eligible entries, the nearest number will be the winner. In such a scenario, If there are two eligible entry numbers that are of equal distance from the number drawn, the earliest entry received will be the winner. The winning number will be posted publicly. Odds of winning depend on both the number of eligible entries received and the number of maximum entries allowed (1000).
5. PRIZE: Four (4) total Viva Aerobus plane tickets, two departing and two return tickets, or four (4) Omnibus bus tickets, two departing and two return tickets, valued up to $599 USD total will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel details for the trip awarded will be coordinated between Sponsor and prize winner. Once coordinated and details have been finalized, changes and will not be provided. If the prize winner is unavailable for travel on the coordinated dates for whatever reason, the prize will be forfeited.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The prize is non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, lodging and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Selection of airline or busline are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Both travelers must travel on same itinerary.
7. NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS: The potential prize winner will be notified by WhatsApp or phone within three (3) business days following the drawing. The prize winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
8. CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of actions shall be resolved exclusively by the jurisdiction set forth for disputes in Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants, and prize winners release the Sponsor and each and all of the Sweepstakes Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use prize winners' names, addresses (city & state), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Sweepstakes only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.
9. NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by prize winners, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
10. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy notice. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy notice on the Sendola website. The winner agrees that, by participating in the Giveaway, Sendola may use the winner’s name and picture in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law, and Sendola may be required to disclose the winner's address to state regulatory authorities.
11. WINNER’S LIST. The Winner’s name will be posted publicly within a reasonable time following the Selection Date. If it is not posted publicly, a Winner’s list may be obtained within 6 months of the Selection Date by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope that includes the full name of the Contest to: Favor Contest Winner’s List Request, Attn: Sendola Corp, 3040 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056 Floor 18.

These Sweepstakes are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Participants in the Sweepstakes agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them, including all eligibility requirements and decisions of the Sponsor.
1. FECHAS DEL SORTEO: El Sorteo comienza a la 1:00:01 a.m. hora central ("CT") el 10 de mayo de 2024 y finaliza a las 11:59:59 p.m. CT el 12 de mayo de 2024 (el "Período del Sorteo").

2.ELEGIBILIDAD: El Sorteo está abierto solo a residentes legales de Arizona y Florida que tengan dieciocho (18) años de edad o más a la fecha de entrada y que estén empleados por Martori Farms o Costa Farms. Nulo fuera de Arizona y Florida, y donde esté prohibido, gravado o restringido por la ley. Hay un límite de mil (1000) entradas; solo las primeras mil entradas válidas serán consideradas elegibles. 3. CÓMO PARTICIPAR: Hay dos (2) formas de participar:

Transferencia de Pagos Globales: Los participantes que realicen una transferencia de pagos globales verificada de al menos $300 USD a través de Sendola durante el Período del Sorteo y envíen un mensaje de confirmación a través de WhatsApp serán automáticamente ingresados y se les otorgará una (1) entrada. Si un participante transfiere al menos $750 USD durante el Período del Sorteo, se le otorgarán dos (2) entradas.

Correo electrónico: Para ingresar sin realizar una transferencia, envíe un correo electrónico con su nombre completo, dirección postal, número de teléfono y fecha de nacimiento a la dirección de correo electrónico designada para el Sorteo: sweepstakes@sendola.io. Hay un límite de una (1) entrada por correo electrónico por persona.

Independientemente del método utilizado para participar en el Sorteo, hay un límite de dos (2) entradas por participante durante todo el Período del Sorteo. Cada entrada se le asignará un número que va del 000 al 999.

4. SORTEO/PROBABILIDADES: El 14 de mayo de 2024, el posible ganador del premio de todas las entradas elegibles recibidas por el Patrocinador será seleccionado mediante el sorteo de la Lotería Texas Mega Millions en esa misma fecha. Los últimos tres dígitos del número ganador de la Lotería Texas Mega Millions del 14 de mayo de 2024 determinarán al ganador del Sorteo. Si el número sorteado de la Lotería Texas Mega Millions no coincide con ninguna de las entradas elegibles, el número más cercano será el ganador. En tal escenario, si hay dos números de entrada elegibles que están a la misma distancia del número sorteado, la entrada recibida más temprano será el ganador. El número ganador será publicado públicamente. Las probabilidades de ganar dependen tanto del número de entradas elegibles recibidas como del número máximo de entradas permitidas (1000).

5. PREMIO: Se otorgarán un total de cuatro (4) boletos de avión de Viva Aerobus, dos de ida y dos de regreso, o cuatro (4) boletos de autobús Omnibus, dos de ida y dos de regreso, valorados en hasta $599 USD en total. El premio no es transferible y no se hará ninguna sustitución, excepto según lo dispuesto aquí a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador. Los detalles de viaje para el viaje otorgado serán coordinados entre el Patrocinador y el ganador del premio. Una vez coordinados y finalizados los detalles, no se harán cambios ni se brindarán más modificaciones. Si el ganador del premio no está disponible para viajar en las fechas coordinadas por cualquier motivo, el premio será perdido.
6. RESTRICCIONES DEL PREMIO: El premio no es transferible o asignado y no habrá sustituciones o canjes en efectivo; excepto a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador o según se establezca aquí. El Patrocinador no reemplazará ningún premio perdido o robado. Las comidas, propinas, tarifas de equipaje, alojamiento y cualquier otro gasto relacionado con el viaje no especificado aquí son responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador y su invitado. La selección de la aerolínea o línea de autobuses es exclusivamente decisión del Patrocinador. Ambos viajeros deben viajar en el mismo itinerario.

7. NOTIFICACIONES/RECLAMACIONES: El posible ganador del premio será notificado por WhatsApp o teléfono dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes al sorteo. El ganador del premio debe cumplir con todos los términos y condiciones de estas Reglas Oficiales y ganar depende del cumplimiento de todos los requisitos.
8. CONDICIONES: Todos los impuestos federales, estatales y locales son responsabilidad exclusiva de los ganadores del premio. Al participar en este Sorteo, los participantes y ganadores del premio aceptan estar sujetos a estas Reglas Oficiales y a las decisiones del Patrocinador, que son finales y vinculantes en todos los aspectos. Cualquier disputa, reclamación o causa de acción se resolverá exclusivamente por la jurisdicción establecida para disputas en los Términos y Condiciones del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que considere que ha violado estas Reglas Oficiales y verificar la elegibilidad de los participantes. Ganar un premio constituye el consentimiento para que el Patrocinador y sus agencias utilicen los nombres, direcciones (ciudad y estado), voces y/o imágenes de los ganadores de premios con fines de publicidad, promoción y difusión, solo para este Sorteo, sin compensación adicional, a menos que esté prohibido por ley. El Patrocinador puede prohibir que un participante participe en el Sorteo o gane un premio si, a su entera discreción, determina que dicho participante está tratando de socavar la operación legítima del Sorteo mediante trampas, engaños u otras prácticas de juego desleales (incluido el uso de programas automáticos de entrada rápida) o con la intención de molestar, abusar, amenazar o acosar a otros participantes, al Patrocinador o a las Entidades del Sorteo. Si por alguna razón este Sorteo no puede llevarse a cabo según lo planeado, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, por razones de infección por virus informáticos, errores, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude o cualquier otra causa fuera del control razonable del Patrocinador que corrompa o afecte la administración, seguridad, equidad, integridad o desarrollo adecuado del Sorteo, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a su discreción exclusiva de cancelar, terminar, modificar o suspender el Sorteo y sortear aleatoriamente entre las entradas recibidas hasta la fecha de cancelación/suspensión para otorgar premios. 9. SIN RESPONSABILIDAD: Al participar, los participantes y ganadores del premio aceptan liberar, descargar, indemnizar y mantener indemne al Patrocinador y a cada uno de sus respectivos funcionarios, directores, empleados, representantes y agentes de cualquier reclamo hecho por ganadores del premio, participantes o cualquier otro tercero, relacionado de alguna manera con la operación de este Sorteo, así como cualquier otro reclamo, daños o responsabilidad debido a cualquier lesión, daño o pérdida a cualquier persona (incluyendo la muerte) o propiedad de cualquier tipo que resulte en su totalidad o en parte, directa o indirectamente, de la recepción, aceptación, posesión, uso indebido o uso de un premio o participación en cualquier actividad relacionada con la promoción o participación en este Sorteo.

10. USO DE DATOS: El Patrocinador recopilará datos personales sobre los participantes en línea, de acuerdo con su aviso de privacidad. Por favor, revise el aviso de privacidad del Patrocinador en el sitio web de Sendola.
